4Site are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction firm known for delivering high-quality residential refurbishments, heritage restorations, and luxury builds throughout London. Their reputation is built on craftsmanship, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, high-end refurbishment projects valued at £5 million and above.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of high-spec residential projects—from pre-construction through to final handover. You’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients and consultants throughout.
This role requires someone who is comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams, solving complex challenges, and maintaining full control of all moving parts in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire project lifecycle of high-end refurbishments, typically valued over £5m
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to meet delivery goals
Oversee planning, programming, procurement, and resourcing using Procore, Asta, or similar PM software
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with contractual and safety obligations
Drive progress through regular site reviews, progress meetings, and reporting
Maintain close communication with clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and expectations
Identify and manage project risks while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and delivery
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with deep experience in managing luxury residential builds and refurbishments in London’s most demanding environments.
Essential experience includes:
Proven track record managing high-end residential refurbishment projects over £5m
Proficient in using Procore, Asta, or similar project management platforms
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and technical detailing
Experience working with architects, designers, and specialist trades
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
In-depth understanding of construction contracts and health & safety compliance
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
