Location: South East (Hybrid – Site, Home & Office as needed)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Company Van (with personal use) + Bonus Scheme

We’re working with a long-established renewable energy company expanding into domestic Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP). With 16+ years of success in solar and EV technologies, they’re now growing their heating division and looking for an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join the install team.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a clear focus: high-quality installations backed by technical support and solid projects.

The Role

*

Install ASHP systems in domestic properties

*

Decommission existing heating systems (where needed)

*

Fit pipework, unvented cylinders, and connect systems for full operation

*

Complete testing, commissioning, and handover

*

Maintain high standards for safety and compliance (MCS aligned)

*

Report back on-site work using company systems

What You’ll Need

*

Experience installing domestic ASHP systems

*

Good knowledge of heating, pipework, and hot water systems

*

NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Heating (or equivalent)

*

WRAS, FGAS, or Unvented certification (preferred)

*

MCS knowledge (ideal but not essential)

*

Full UK driving licence
