We’re Hiring: Mechanical Supervisors (x2) – Heavy Industrial Project

Hours: 50 hours per week

Copius Group is seeking 2 experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join a large-scale industrial construction project near London. Ideal candidates will come from a heavy industry background – power stations, oil & gas, steelworks, or similar sectors.

About the Role:
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll lead a crew of 20+ tradespeople including fitters, welders, and foremen. You’ll be a key driver in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity on-site.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and allocate daily workloads

*

Ensure materials are available at the work front

*

Identify and resolve issues affecting project progress

*

Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance

*

Interpret and work from engineering drawings/schematics

*

Attend site meetings and drive the construction schedule

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisory role

*

Background in heavy industry essential

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to read technical drawings and manage construction schedules
