I'm working with a highly regarded construction consultancy in London that's looking to add an MRICS Building Surveyor to its growing team. This is a role packed with variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on some of the capital's most interesting buildings.

With a strong pipeline of work across high-end residential, commercial offices, education, and heritage sectors, this consultancy offers a genuinely supportive environment where career development is encouraged and flexibility is part of the culture.

The Role:

Undertake building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, and project delivery
Manage your own projects from initial instruction to completion
Liaise directly with clients, providing clear, practical advice
Opportunity to mentor junior surveyors (if that's something you enjoy)What I'm Looking For:

MRICS-qualified (or very close to it)
Broad Building Surveying experience across both professional and project services
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Comfortable working across Central London and nearby areasWhat's on Offer:
