Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor | Central London | High-End Residential | July 2025

Take the reins as the lead Quantity Surveyor on multiple high-end projects up to £8m across London, operating independently and reporting directly to the board.

No hand-holding here-this is a standalone role for someone confident running the numbers, managing subcontractors, and keeping a tight grip on budgets from start to finish.

The Role
• Full commercial lead across multiple high-end jobs
• Office-based in Moorgate – no hybrid working
• Procurement, packages, payments, and monthly CVRs
• Standalone QS role reporting to Directors
• Liaison with design, delivery, and client teams

What they're looking for
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Background in prime or high-end construction – residential/offices
• Experience with high-end fit out, joinery, and structural refurbishments.
• Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail
