They are looking for a Senior Surveyor who will play a crucial part in shaping projects by providing expert surveying services that ensure accuracy and compliance.

Job Description

Lead and manage surveying projects from start to finish
Conduct detailed site surveys and evaluations including Monitoring, Setting out and Topographical Surveys
Prepare and analyse survey data reports and produce drawings
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with Project managers to ensure project specifications are met
Mentor and train junior surveyors in surveying techniques
Utilize the latest surveying technologies and tools for accurate measurements specifically leica total stations and laser scanning

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience as a Senior Surveyor in the construction industry leading a team.
Experience creating & processing Topographical Surveys
Strong knowledge of surveying methods and equipment
Full UK Driving License & able to stay away during the week when required.
