Job Title: Electrical QA Supervisor – Residential Schemes (London)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run residential contractor based in the South East, who are seeking an Electrical QA Supervisor to join their team on upcoming residential schemes in London.

With a turnover of approximately £30 million, our client has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality residential developments for major housebuilders such as Bellway and Countryside.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical quality assurance across multiple residential projects.

Carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure installation quality and compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.

Utilise Field View and Dalux to manage quality records and reporting.

*

Identify and document defects, support close-out processes, and drive continual improvements on site.

*

Liaise with the site team, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure all QA procedures are effectively implemented.

Requirements:

Strong experience in a similar Electrical QA or Supervisor role within the residential sector.

*

Proficient in using Field View and Dalux for digital QA management.

*

Excellent understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and compliance standards.

*

High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

*

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with wider project teams.
