They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include providing contractual advice, managing day-to-day contract and commercial aspects, cost planning, contract audits, and overseeing commercial matters in meetings.

**Main Responsibilities:**

– Offer contractual advice and ensure understanding of contractual conditions

– Manage contract and commercial aspects daily

– Conduct cost planning and budget estimating

– Lead contract audits for compliance

– Mentor and support junior team members

– Review and respond to contractual matters

**Required Skills:**

– Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

– Experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract

– Pursuing or holding a BSc.(H) in relevant field

– Inclination towards professional body membership

– Strong communication skills

– Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

– CSCS card required
