Experienced Foreman Required – Manchester – Education Project

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreman to support the delivery of a live education-sector construction project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional site team on a well-structured, long-term development in a secure and busy environment.

🔧 Role Overview:

You will be responsible for assisting with the daily coordination of trades and subcontractors, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and reporting to the site management team. This is a live school project, so professionalism, communication, and awareness of safeguarding protocols are critical.

Project Type: Live school site – education sector

*

Hours: Monday to Friday, [Insert hours e.g. 07:30–17:00]

CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6 or equivalent)

*

SMSTS – Site Management Safety Training Scheme

*

3-Day First Aid at Work

*

Proven experience working on school or live education sites

🛠 Responsibilities Will Include:

Supervising subcontractors and trades on site

*

Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and site-specific protocols

*

Liaising with site management and external stakeholders

*

Maintaining accurate site records and reporting

*

Supporting logistical planning and sequencing of works

*

Contributing to a positive and safe site culture, particularly in a live school environment
