Site Manager Freelance

Synergy Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a Freelance Site Manager with Healthcare experience for a project in Southampton, Hampshire.

Requirements:

– SMSTS certification

– 1st Aid qualification

– CSCS card

– Previous experience in Healthcare projects

– Ability to manage sub-contractors, conduct site inductions, handle permits, liaise with clients, manage paperwork, prioritize Health & Safety, and work in live environments

– Will work within a project team reporting to a Project Manager

– Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example on the project

– Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times for your safety.
