You'll be managing 23 jobs at a time (up to £3m each) across site and office. If you're commercially sharp, hands-on, and happy contributing to tenders too this is right up your street.

The Role
• Manage live commercial delivery across multiple jobs (£500k£3m)
• Split between site and office (no hybrid)
• Full QS duties: procurement, packages, valuations, and reporting
• Input into tenders and bid proposals (no separate estimating team)

What they're looking for
• Quantity Surveyor with 48 years' experience
• Background in small-to-medium refurbishments or specialist works
• Comfortable juggling 23 live schemes at once
• Able to contribute to estimating and tender stage input
• Confident, self-managed, and around 30 years old (team-fit consideration only)

The Company
They are known for delivering complex refurbishments and fit-outs with high attention to detail. Their Special Works division handles retail, leisure, commercial and high-end residential projects across Central London, typically ranging from £500k to £3m.

You'll be joining a team where QSs take ownership, get stuck into the detail, and are actively involved from tender stage through to final account.
