Site Manager

The Company: 

We are working with a growing regional Building Contractor who have grown consistently over the last few years. They are capable of taking on construction projects to £10m for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England. 

They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, extra-care, residential, commercial and industrial. 

They secure work through several key regional procurement frameworks and good relationships with private clients. 

The Role: 

Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2025 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join their team. 

To be successful in this role, you will have worked for a regional building contractor as a Site Manager, ideally working on schemes similar to those mentioned above. 

You will be based in or able to commute to Lancashire on a daily basis, the majority of their work is in and around the Lancashire area with occasional work in Manchester.
