Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy 6 offices across the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in London.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.

Role/Responsibilities

– Contract administration
– Technical Due Diligence
– Building Pathology
– General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role.

Skills/Experience

– Degree in Building Surveying
– Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of experience
– Excellent and accurate report writing skills
– Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
– Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
