An established property and construction consultancy in Manchester is currently looking for a competent Project Manager to join their experienced team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of regional projects including education, healthcare, and local authority developments.

This position is ideal for a Project Manager with a consultancy background and a hands-on approach to delivering multiple concurrent projects within the built environment.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will oversee a variety of construction projects from initial brief through to completion. Duties will include stakeholder management, programme monitoring, budget control, and contract administration. Projects are typically delivered under JCT and NEC contracts, so prior experience in these areas is key.

The Project Manager

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related subject

Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards

Strong consultancy experience delivering built environment projects

Capable of managing stakeholders and reporting at senior levels

Skilled in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
