Location: Kings Hill (Office & Site-Based)

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of one of our residential housebuilding clients who is in need of a Temporary Quantity Surveyor to support their busy team in Kings Hill.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled QS to join a well-established developer, working on a mix of office and live site responsibilities.

Role Overview:

Overseeing cost management across multiple residential plots

*

Preparing and managing budgets, valuations, and variations

*

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers

*

Supporting site teams with commercial queries

*

Ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in residential housebuilding (preferred but not essential)

*

Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

*

Ability to work between office and site environments

*

Immediate availability
