Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Modular Project

Location:South East London
Salary: £42,000+ (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build modular construction project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and deliver a modern, efficient build.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.

*

Maintaining health & safety standards at all times.

*

Monitoring quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

*

Reporting progress to senior management and resolving issues on site promptly.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects (modular experience is a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure deadlines are met.
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification desirable.
