Contracts Manager – New Build

About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new build roofing projects in and around Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing or construction project management, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple roofing contracts simultaneously from inception to completion

Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Monitor financial performance and ensure projects remain within budget

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Liaise regularly with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing new build projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Full UK driving licence

SMSTS (preferred)
