Contracts Manager – Refurbishment

About the Role: We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our refurbishment division. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of a variety of roofing refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of refurbishment contracts including planning, execution, and completion

Ensure strict compliance with H&S regulations and site procedures

Prepare progress reports and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders

Work closely with site supervisors, operatives, and the commercial team

Requirements:

Previous experience in roofing refurbishment contracts

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Strong client-facing experience
