About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Roofing Supervisor to lead and support our responsive maintenance works. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring quality and compliance across all repair and reactive jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise roofing operatives carrying out reactive and planned maintenance
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure health & safety protocols are followed
Maintain accurate records of works, materials, and timesheets
Liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate daily operations
Requirements:
Supervisory experience in a roofing or construction setting
Valid UK driving licence
SMSTS card
