Fraser Edwards is currently working with a reputable Social Housing Contractor to recruit skilled Multi Trade Operatives for an engaging Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting: Execute high-quality installations, ensuring each project meets the highest standards.

Tiling Works: Perform precise tiling for both bathrooms and kitchens, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of the spaces.

Patch Plastering: Address minor plastering needs to ensure a flawless finish.

Vinyl Floor Laying: Install durable and attractive vinyl flooring, contributing to the overall appeal of the refurbishments.

Snagging Works: Conduct thorough snagging to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to perfection.

Efficient Logging: Use a PDA to log works accurately, maintaining clear and organised records.

Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers, clients, and staff, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all parties involved.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Full UK Driver’s Licence: Essential for the role, enabling you to travel between sites efficiently.

Trade Qualification: A core trade qualification is desirable, showcasing your formal training and expertise.

Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar trade role, demonstrating your capability and reliability
