Contract: Short-term, Principal Contractor role

I’m recruiting for one of my clients, a specialist in fire doors and passive fire protection for hospitals and schools, who need a Project Manager starting this Monday for a quick 2-week project in Portsmouth

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing a basement refurbishment project

*

Managing subcontractors (work is being carried out by subs)

*

Managing the site to ensure smooth progress and compliance

*

Ensuring all health & safety and quality standards are maintained

Must-have qualifications & skills:

*

SMSTS certification

*

Enhanced DBS check (essential due to school site)

*

Background in joinery (ideally)

*

Strong spoken and written English skills

This is a great short-term opportunity to get involved with a reputable contractor on a critical passive fire project.
