Business Development Executive
I’m recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of a growing, dynamic organisation operating within the steelwork sector.
The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, booking high-quality appointments, and supporting the wider team to ensure strong pipeline growth. You’ll need to be highly organised, able to manage your own workload, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation and outbound prospecting

Booking qualified appointments with potential clients
*
Following up warm leads and converting interest into opportunities
*
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
*
CRM management and accurate data entry
*
Reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress
*
Supporting with marketing or admin tasks where needed (this is a small team – everyone chips in!)
Non-Negotiables:

Proven experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on appointment setting

Highly organised with the ability to self-manage and regulate workload
*
Comfortable using systems and tools to track outreach and performance
*
A flexible team player who thrives in smaller, adaptable environments
