Contracts Manager – Residential

We’re working with a well-established Norfolk-based main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality private and affordable housing schemes. With a solid pipeline of work secured, they are now looking to appoint a confident and driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Role Highlights:

Manage 3–5 live sites across Norfolk and nearby counties.

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project delivery from pre-start to completion.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.

*

Work closely with commercial and technical teams to drive performance.

*

Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on and off-site.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the housebuilding or residential construction sector.

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

*

Knowledge of NHBC standards and construction best practices.

*

A background with a main contractor or developer delivering new build housing schemes.

*

Full UK driving licence.
