Maintenance Site Manager

I’m working with a well established Property Services Contractor based in Bristol who deliver maintenance and repair services across both residential and commercial properties throughout the South West. They’re looking to welcome a Maintenance Site Manager to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of projects from initial setup through to successful handover
Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed service levels
Lead a team of Operatives: conducting toolbox talks, 1-2-1s, and daily briefings
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
Produce project schedules, maintain trackers, and monitor KPIs
Procure and manage materials, ensuring timely deliveries to site
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle, including final handovers What You’ll Need:
A relevant trade background or solid, time-served experience in a similar role
SMSTS certification
Strong IT skills, confident with Excel and updating project data
Sound knowledge of multiple trades, especially plumbing, carpentry, and electrical works
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with clients, customers, and your team effectively
A full UK driving licence
Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one) What’s in it for you?
