Chartered Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a thriving consultancy in Bristol that has a brand‑new opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

You'll work on standout schemes such as a £40-50m student accommodation and commercial development at Passage Street, alongside projects in the hotel, industrial and heritage sectors.

What you'll be doing:

Providing full pre‑ and post‑contract services

Working closely with directors in a team of 10

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What we're looking for:

MRICS Chartered or close to achieving chartership

Consultancy/PQS background

A proactive approach and strong client‑facing skills

What's on offer:

£45,000 – £52,500
30 days annual leave plus public holidays
