Quantity Surveyor

A specialist, Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy, renowned for their luxurious project portfolio, are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

Based in Southwest London, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team who specialise in working on super-prime, high-end projects primarily within the residential sector (some commercial too).

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall join a collaborative team, and work alongside them to deliver a first class, pre and post contract service for confidential, private clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or working towards

* Residential project experience – prime/high-end would be ideal

* Solid pre and post contract experience

* Excellent client facing capabilities

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* Preferably have worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* £55,000 – £65,000
