About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-driven AssocRICS Building Surveyor to join our growing team, with a clear focus on producing RICS Level 2 (Homebuyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys). This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who values quality reporting, autonomy, and the support of a highly experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake detailed site inspections on a wide range of residential properties.

* Produce professional and compliant Level 2 & Level 3 reports with clear, actionable advice.

* Identify structural and condition issues, defects, and ongoing maintenance needs.

* Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients.

* Stay up to date with the latest in building pathology, RICS guidance, and legislation.

About the Requirements

* AssocRICS qualified (or nearing qualification).

* Proven experience delivering Level 2 and/or Level 3 surveys.

* Excellent written communication and technical reporting skills.

* Confident working independently and managing your own workload.

* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.

* Full UK driving licence (where applicable).
