Manage projects from project inception through to completion
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Job Runner:

Degree within architectural technology
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Strong attention to detail
Job running experience
Strong UK Building regulations knowledge
