Architectural Revit Technician

Freelance Architectural Revit Technician – Residential Projects – Remote – £25ph (Outside IR35)

We're working with a busy residential architecture practice that urgently needs short-term support over the next 2-3 months due to unexpected staff absence. They're looking for an experienced Architectural Revit Technician who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.

Key Details:

Rate: £25 per hour (Outside IR35)

Location: Remote (UK-based only)

Commitment: Approx. 3 days per week

Duration: 2-3 months

Start: ASAP

Interview: Wednesday at 10am

Requirements:

Essential: Proven Revit expertise in UK housebuilding projects

Confident working independently with minimal input

Strong communicator who takes initiative

Must have own PC – Revit licence will be provided

Projects:

Amendments to Revit files for 3 bungalows – updating to Building Regs standard

Editing and adjusting 7 house types
