Site Manager

Site Manager – Hotel Project – Reading
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to run a large hotel build in Reading. You'll be taking the lead on groundworks, structural steel, façades, windows, and roofing, managing the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.

The role:

Oversee all on-site works and ensure the project runs to programme.
Lead the external packages – groundworks, steel frame, façades, windows, and roofing.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to deliver on time and budget.What you'll need:

Experience as a Site Manager on large commercial or hospitality builds.
Strong knowledge of structural steel and external envelope packages.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
A proactive approach and good leadership skills.The project:

Approx. 12-month programme with more projects in the pipeline.
