Site Manager – £2.6m High-End Residential Project | New Kings Rd
Start date: ASAP| Rate: £250 to £300 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: on-going

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a £2.6m high-end residential project in Fulham. The scheme includes a £1m refurbishment followed by a £1.5m new build on a separate building. This is initially a long-term contract role, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person. This role requires someone who can manage every detail of the job, plan effectively and deliver to the exacting standards expected in high-end residential construction.

The role

Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, to programme and to the highest quality

Managing subcontractors and trades while maintaining strong quality control

Producing and maintaining accurate site programmes and keeping works on schedule

Reading and fully understanding drawings to identify and resolve issues early

Ensuring strict Health and Safety compliance

Managing site reporting and records using Procore

What we are looking for

Proven Site Management experience on high-end residential projects, including refurbishments and new builds

Strong programming skills, able to plan, sequence and drive the project

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret drawings thoroughly

Competent with site management software such as Procore

A proactive and confident leader who can direct teams clearly and hold people accountable

Strong communication and organisational skills

Interviews will take place next week. As part of the process, you may be asked to review a set of drawings to demonstrate your attention to detail.
