Site Manager

MPI is looking for Site managers, for our client based in Hertford

Location: Hertford, with projects in London and surrounding areas

Salary: negotiable

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

* Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in project management software.

* SSSTS card and CSCS Black card.

* Full driving license.

* Punctual and reliable
