Electrical Contracts Manager
TLG are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge in Central London. We are working with a well-established electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial projects across the capital, and they are now seeking a dynamic and organised Contracts Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating electrical contracts across Central London.
*
Liaising with clients, main contractors, and internal teams.
*
Leading project planning, procurement, and labour resourcing.
*
Overseeing site performance, health & safety, and compliance.
*
Producing progress reports and ensuring all works meet industry and client standards.
*
Managing budgets, variations, and contractual obligations.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Manager (minimum 3–5 years).
*
Strong knowledge of UK electrical standards and regulations.
*
Experience managing commercial projects.
*
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
*
SMSTS, ECS/CSCS, and 18th Edition (desirable).
