Passive Fire Contracts Manager

We’re working with a specialist contractor delivering Passive Fire Protection and Fire Door installations across housing, healthcare, and high-rise residential. They’re looking for a Contract Manager to join the team and lead delivery across multiple active sites.

7,000+ fire door installs on housing schemes

7 private healthcare facilities

30+ tower blocks under remediation

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing projects from start to finish, mobilisation to handover

Managing site teams and subcontractors across fire doors, ductwork, drylining, passive fire protection, etc.

Ensuring full compliance with FIRAS, IFC, and other third-party standards

Programming works in MS Project, supporting commercial teams on variations and cost

Attending client meetings, audits, and QA inspections

What They’re Looking For:

Strong background in fire protection and fire doors

SMSTS and ideally NVQ Level 6+ or degree in construction/fire engineering

Experience across housing, healthcare or high-rise projects

Enhanced DBS and Asbestos Awareness

Confident, commercially switched-on, and tech-literate
