The studio is seeking an ambitious and talented Architectural Technologist to join their well-established team, delivering exceptional projects across the UK.

This opportunity would be ideal for a qualified Architectural Technologist with proven experience in the residential/mixed-use sector and confidence using Revit in a BIM-led environment.

Office:

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday 

Duties:

Prepare tender and technical design packages from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
Work closely with Associate Directors and team members on all project stages
Attend external project meetings and contribute to internal design reviews
Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical product information
Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, technical libraries, and specifications
Ensure compliance with CIAT Code of Conduct and Assael’s Quality Management System 

Requirements:

CIAT-registered with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
Proven track record working on large-scale residential projects in the UK
Strong working knowledge of Revit
Experience using NBS Chorus for specification writing
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
