The Role – Site Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, managing day-to-day works and contributing to long-term improvements within the social housing sector.

You'll be mobile—travelling between sites across London, M25 area and Essex, taking ownership of delivering high-quality maintenance services with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.

* Ability to manage subcontractors and in-house teams on multiple live sites

* Skilled in reviewing and reporting progress, quality, and health & safety

* Capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants alike

* Flexible and organised with excellent time management across travelling contracts

* Strong understanding of the National Housing Schedule of Rates (SOR

Locations: All around the M25, South London inside the M25 and specifically Essex.
