An established building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

They have a turnover or around £40 million the company is of medium size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. They also offer a financially stable future.

Quantity surveyor Role

Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London has to offer.

Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property.

You will be responsible for –

Cost Reporting
Tender and contract documents
CVR's
Bills of Quants
Attend professional and client meetings
Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
Mitigate commercial risksThe Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

5 years + Experience
Experience of working for a main contractor
Excellent communication and negotiation skillsIn return

£65,000 – £75,000
