Overseeing the installation of my clients decorative cladding materials on new-build developments across the South East & South West of England. The role will also involve on-site training and tool-box talks.

Package: £40k-£45k basic with a 20% bonus scheme, hybrid company car, 24 days holiday, pension, iPhone and laptop

Location: Centrally based to support sites across the South West & South East region

The Role – Site Services Manager:

* An on-site technical role overseeing the installation of a range of fibre cement decorative cladding, primarily on residential new-build developments

* Supporting house builders with the installation, and the two Cladding ASMs in this area with technical information

* Carrying out pre-start meetings, detailing and checking of drawings

* Delivering toolbox talks and installation training, on-site and at the company's training facility

* Carry out regular on-site install audit and report back to developer's head office

* Investigate product and installation failures

* Establish and maintain relationships with key contractors in the facade construction industry

The Successful Applicant – Site Services Manager:

* Firstly and most importantly you will have several years' experience working in the construction industry, on-site overseeing and managing installations

* Applicants with cladding and facades knowledge will be readily received, but this is not essential

* You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, be proactive and focused with a highly motivated mind-set

* You will have strong communication skills with the ability to cooperate well with others to effectively coordinate activities
