We're recruiting for an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established building services contractor based in Spelthorne, Surrey. This role offers structured career growth, a strong team culture, and the chance to be a key player in delivering detailed, cost-effective proposals for a wide range of HVAC projects.

The successful Mechanical Estimator will be:

Sending enquiries and obtaining quotes from suppliers/subcontractors
Reviewing and interpreting BOQs and mechanical drawings
Producing accurate costings and maintaining tender review documents
Organising and managing tender documentation
Working from the office with the option of 1 day of WFH per week
Package: The Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to £40,000, depending on experience + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension.To qualify for this role as a Mechanical Estimator, you'll need:

Proven experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC or FM)
Strong technical knowledge of chillers and mechanical plant
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Ability to understand and price from BOQs and drawings
Experience transitioning from hands-on engineering is a advantageousThe Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to £40,000, depending on experience + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension.
