Scope: High-end finishes, meeting rooms, breakout areas, open-plan workspaces, M&E coordination, AV integration.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, and trades.

*

Ensure works are delivered to programme and specification.

*

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce H&S compliance.

*

Coordinate with Project Manager, QS, and design teams.

*

Liaise with the client and stakeholders for progress updates.

*

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and snagging documentation.

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing Cat B commercial fit-out projects.

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes, H&S regulations, and quality control.

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings and coordinate M&E packages.

*

Available for an immediate or short-notice start
