Architectural Technologist

We are working with a well-established architectural and project consultancy that is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This award-winning practice specialises in a range of technically complex projects, particularly within the education and healthcare sectors.

The Role:

Take ownership of technical design stages across multiple live projects

*

Produce accurate and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

*

Ensure all designs meet current UK building regulations and planning requirements

*

Assist in the preparation and submission of planning and building control applications

Key Requirements:

*

3+ years’ UK experience as an Architectural Technologist

*

Proficient in AutoCAD – essential

*

Experience working on education and/or healthcare projects – highly desirable

*

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods

*

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

*

Able to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines
