Civils Supervisor – Earthworks & Infrastructure (Housing Project)

We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee earthworks and infrastructure works on a new build housing scheme. This is a freelance, site-based role for someone who thrives on keeping boots on the ground and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate groundworks and earthworks teams on site

Ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are met

*

Report progress to the Project Manager and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers

*

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with H&S regulations

Requirements:

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

*

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

*

Proven experience supervising civils works – particularly earthworks and infrastructure

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to read drawings and manage site paperwork

Day Rate: £280 per day

This is an immediate requirement. We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running and take control of day-to-day supervision on site
