BIM Coordinator

Attention all BIM Coordinators!

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a leading Architectural firm, in a contract position, permanent candidates will also be considered. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from our clients London office.

-Hourly rate from £32-34 an hour/salary range from £(phone number removed) (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide direct technical support to project team members on BIM-related tasks.

-Collaborate with BIM Managers to ensure alignment on project needs and standards.

-Communicate with the Head of BIM to relay team feedback on training, workflows, and content requirements.

-Support draftsmen with 3D issues and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

What we are looking for:

Essential:

-Must have Aviation/Transportation background but will also consider recent large scale project experience.

-Excellent working knowledge of ISO19650.

-Knowledge of BIM tools and workflows, especially Autodesk Revit.

-Advanced knowledge and experience of Revit and related plugins is essential.

Desirable:

-Chartered or on the path to becoming chartered through an accredited institution
