Project Manager
A leading construction and property consultancy based in London is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile schemes across the healthcare, security, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will support or lead on the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion. This includes managing stakeholder relationships, supporting cost and risk management processes, and ensuring programmes are delivered in line with the client's specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment schemes in line with client design guides
Supporting the management of multi-disciplinary teams across construction and design phases
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and client teams
Overseeing design compliance and quality control processes
Contributing to financial management and reporting on project performance
Supporting project delivery in sectors such as healthcare, education, and hospitality
The Project Manager
To be considered for this Project Manager position, candidates should have a proven track record within consultancy or client-side environments, ideally across a mix of public and private sector projects.
Essential requirements:
A BSc in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar
Minimum 3 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry
Experience delivering complex refurbishment or fit-out projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
Membership or working towards membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
Experience within the healthcare or education sectors is advantageous

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
