Our client is a highly regarded London-based building contractor established in 2014, specializing in high-end residential construction, bespoke joinery, and expert project management. Operating across London and the Home Counties, our client delivers luxury developments with the support of an in-house team of skilled tradespeople—including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, decorators, and labourers—ensuring a consistently high standard of execution from start to finish.

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee and coordinate luxury residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering work of the highest quality, able to manage teams effectively, and committed to meeting exacting standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day on-site operations from initial setup through to project completion

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour teams

* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

* Maintain programme schedules and drive projects forward to timely delivery

* Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, designers, and clients

* Oversee quality control and snagging, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship throughout

* Manage site documentation, deliveries, and progress reports

* Troubleshoot issues proactively and implement practical solutions

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within high-end or luxury residential construction

* Strong knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills

* Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with a sharp eye for detail

* Understanding of site health & safety legislation and CDM regulations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications preferred

* Clean UK driving licence desirable
