Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of bespoke residential projects in prime London locations. You will be responsible for overseeing high-end refurbishments and new builds from inception to completion—ensuring that quality, design integrity, and client expectations are met at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of residential construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
* Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with architects, consultants, and clients
* Monitor progress, manage risk, and resolve issues promptly
* Ensure all work is completed in line with building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
* Maintain a strong focus on detail, craftsmanship, and finish
* Manage procurement and oversee logistics to support smooth project execution
* Represent the company with professionalism and pride in all client interactions
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing high-end residential construction or refurbishment projects (ideally £500k–£5m range)
* Strong understanding of project planning, design coordination, and site operations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
* Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation for design-led construction
* Experience working in central London properties, including listed buildings and complex logistics
* Knowledge of health & safety legislation, CDM regulations, and building compliance
* Strong IT and reporting skills, including use of project management software
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
* A full UK driving licence is desirable
