The Role
Our client is seeking a highly capable Site Manager to take full responsibility for delivering luxury residential projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the key figure on site, coordinating trades, maintaining health & safety compliance, and ensuring a flawless finish that reflects the company’s exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations across complex residential refurbishment and new build projects

* Coordinate all on-site labour, subcontractors, and specialist trades

* Maintain detailed site records and manage project timelines, materials, and logistics

* Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, build quality, and health & safety regulations

* Liaise closely with clients, architects, designers, and internal project managers

* Conduct regular site meetings and report on progress, risks, and quality

* Manage snagging and ensure delivery to exceptional finish levels

* Uphold site presentation, professionalism, and safety at all times

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction or refurbishment

* Strong understanding of traditional and modern construction methods

* Exceptional eye for detail and finish, with a quality-driven mindset

* Experience managing central London projects, including working within constrained or listed sites

* Able to interpret technical drawings, manage schedules, and maintain build quality

* Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills

* CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid qualification (preferred)

* A full UK driving licence is desirable
