Construction Site Manager
BMSL are currently seeking an experienced Building Site Manager with some fire stopping knowledge for a project at the Countess of Chester Hospital
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations on site.
*
Liaise directly with the main client to ensure effective communication and coordination.
*
Manage subcontractors and directly employed tradesmen.
*
Coordinate and monitor work schedules to ensure timely delivery.
*
Maintain accurate site diaries and records.
*
Order materials and manage supply deliveries.
Requirements:
*
Must hold a valid industry-recognised trade card.
*
SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential.
*
Proven experience in fire stopping
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
