Freelance Commercial Lead – Major Stadium Refurbishment

• Contract : 6 months plus

We are thrilled to be working with a principal contractor, who are on stage 2 of a PCSA for an exciting new refurbishment project. They are looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to be the commercial lead during the pre-construction phase and then delivery.

The company has a very strong financial backing by its parent company. They are looking for Tier 1 quality but without the red tape or decision-making by committee.

The commercial lead should have a collaborative and can-do approach as opposed to putting up obstacles.

As the Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will have complete financial responsibility for the delivery of this £50m stadium refurbishment. Assisted by a Design Manager, Pre and Estimator, you will be the overall commercial lead administering all aspects of both JCT D&B on this scheme.

The Key Attributes:
• Strong employment history with a Tier 1 or 2 principal contractor
• Able to demonstrate successful financial delivery on refurbishment projects between £50m – £100m
• Proven experience of taking projects from start to completion.
• Committed, driven with high energy levels.
• Stadia experience would be an advantage
