Contracts Manager – Fencing Division (Kent-based)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits
Location: Kent & surrounding areas

We’re working with a long-established external works contractor to recruit an experienced Fencing Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. This is a mobile and autonomous role covering residential new-build developments across Kent and the South East.

The Role

*

Oversee the delivery of fencing packages on new-build housing sites

*

Liaise with site managers and developers to ensure smooth project execution

*

Manage sub-contractors, schedules, materials, and site health & safety

*

Conduct site inspections, attend progress meetings, and ensure quality standards

*

Work from home or site most of the week; 1 day per week in the Essex office

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Contracts or Site Manager within fencing/external works

*

Background working with national or regional new-build housing developers

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Based in Kent or nearby areas
